Returns & exchanges
You have 14 days from delivery to return or exchange an ANNIE scarf.
Conditions
The scarf must be unworn, unwashed and returned in its original pouch. For hygiene reasons, worn head coverings cannot be accepted.
How to proceed
Write to contact@thaliano.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We answer within one business day with the return address and instructions.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the parcel.
Damaged or incorrect item
If anything arrived damaged or does not match your order, send a photo with your order number: we cover the return and replace the item immediately.
