Products and prices

ANNIE is sold at ₪180 per piece and ₪440 for a set of three. All prices are shown in Israeli shekels, taxes included, and exclude shipping.

Product photographs are as faithful as possible but slight colour differences may occur depending on your screen. We may change prices at any time; the price applied is the one displayed when you place your order.

Placing an order

You select your colours, add them to the basket and confirm the order at checkout. The sale is formed once payment is confirmed and we send you the order confirmation email.

We may refuse or cancel an order in the event of a manifest pricing error, suspected fraud, or an unresolved dispute on a previous order.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe by credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Card details are never stored on our servers.

Your order is only dispatched once payment has been fully authorised.

Shipping

Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours. Shipping within Israel is free from ₪259; below that a flat ₪25 applies. International shipping is tracked and any customs duties are payable by the recipient.

Delivery times are indicative and a delay does not by itself entitle you to cancel the sale or claim compensation.

Right of withdrawal and returns

You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you wish to withdraw, and 14 further days to return the item, unworn, unwashed and in its original pouch. Return shipping is at your expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.

Warranty and claims

All items benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects. Report any fault to contact@thaliano.fr with photographs and your order number.

Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. Before any legal action, contact us so we can find an amicable solution. Consumers in the EU may also use the European online dispute resolution platform.
